High season runs from May to September, with booking peaks from March for well-positioned properties. How much does an Airbnb concierge service cost in La Grande Motte, Aigues Mortes or Le Grau du Roi?
Our Essential Pack is 15% VAT incl. on rental income until 30 April 2026 (normal rate 20%). The all-inclusive Premium Pack is 30% and covers cleaning, laundry, welcome kit and transport. No fixed fee, no commitment: you only pay when you rent.
Can I entrust the management of my apartment or villa if I live far away?
Yes, that's precisely why we exist. M&A manages the entire rental on your behalf: listings, check-in/check-out, cleaning, tenant communication and emergencies. You receive a report after each stay and collect your income without ever travelling. We live on-site, available 7 days a week.
What's the difference between M&A Conciergerie and HostnFly, Welkeys or Les Meilleurs Concierges?
National platforms operate remotely with rotating teams and standardised processes. M&A is two fixed contacts, living in the area, with 20 years of hospitality and nautical experience. Your tenants always see the same faces. Your property is managed as if it were our own.
Do you handle late arrivals and nighttime emergencies?
Yes. Late arrivals after 9pm are managed at no extra cost in the Premium Pack (€30 à la carte). For emergencies (leak, breakdown, locked door), we activate our local tradespeople network and intervene quickly, before the tenant leaves a bad review.
Do you also manage boats and properties with a pool?
Yes, it's a rare speciality. Thanks to our Yacht Club background at the Aigues Mortes marina (400 properties, 250 berths), we provide nautical management for boats and sailboats. We also manage pool, terrace and outdoor space maintenance to 5-star hotel standards.
